Who should I contact to start cooperation?
The connection of the accommodation facility to Slevomat must be arranged with your sales representative. To complete the connection of your system with Slevomat, we need to obtain the ID of your hotel in the Bookolo system. If you already use BOOKOLO as a hotelier, just find the Hotel Settings section in the system. Open Settings in the top bar, then click on the System field ( first from the top) and scroll to the bottom of the page. There you will find the ID of your hotel, which you will share with the sales representative when arranging the event. At the same time, please inform Bookolo at support@bookolosystem.com and the link will be prepared for you in Bookolo system extranet. The connection is successfully completed the moment we enter your ID into our system. We will of course keep you informed. 1) The customer requests to cancel the reservation Direct it to us at Slevomat's customer department, tel.: 222 745 354. Alternatively, send a cancellation request with the voucher number to e‑mail rezervace@slevomat. cz and we will take care of the cancellation. Cancellation cannot be made by the accommodation facility. Please do not keep the reservation in any case, after the cancellation in our system you will receive a confirmation email and the reservation will automatically disappear from the system. 2) The customer wants to change the date of stay If the customer contacts you and wants to change the date, you can immediately agree on a new date with him. After making the change, please inform us again at e‑mail rezervace@slevomat.cz so that we can adjust the new date in our system. Unfortunately, the change will not be sent to us automatically. 3) The customer wants to change the room type When the customer wants to change the room type, you make the change yourself in Bookolo . It is not necessary to inform us about the room change. 4) What should I do when I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation? The e‑mail is just information for you, it is sent as a confirmation of the change that Slevomat has made in your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its implementation directly in Bookolo . 5) What should I do if I receive an order by e‑mail, but I don't see it in Bookolo ? Please sort your orders in Bookolo by date of creation and send us a screenshot to e‑mail rezervace@slevomat.cz. We will do everything and get back to you. |
